Lightweight Mechanical Primary Seal
The TS - 100 Lightweight Mechanical Primary Seal from TankServ has been developed to meet the growing demand for an economic primary seal seal system that provides positive vapour retention capabilities, longevity of operation and an all bolted design, removing the need for hotwork during installation.
Consisting of stainless steel or galvanised shoeplates held against the tank shell by a series of sprung hanger assemblies and sealed with an impervious continuous membrane, the TS - 100 Lightweight Mechanical Primary Seal can be used in a variety of rim spaces and configurations.
