Accept the Clients Siemens Westinghouse gas turbines from store and deliver to site, install and commission. The two turbines are each rated at 50MWe in simple cycle operation, with future plans to extend the site to CCGT operation Location: Manchester, California, USA Client: AT&T Directionally Drilled Landfall Construction of 5 No. 125mm x 915m to 1100m shore crossings drilled in rock and exiting in 11m water depths on the Pacific coast of California, USA at Manchester. The 125mm dia drill pipe will be used as a conduit for fibre optic cables linking the US with Japan. Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas, USA Client: Conoco Directional Drilled Crossing Installation of a 1417m x 273mm replacement ethane pipeline under the Old and Lost River Lake. Location: Freeport, Texas, USA Client: Exxon Pipeline Co Directional Drilled Landfall Installation of a 1167m x 508mm landfall pipeline for the Hoover Offshore Oil Pipeline System. Location: Mobile, Louisiana, USA Client: Transcontinental Gas (s/c to Woodson) Directional Drilled Landfall Directional drilling of a 1220m x 762mm dia gas line shore approach in Mobile Bay. Pipeline pulled ashore from laybarge. Location: Mobile Bay, Alabama, USA Client: Duke Energy Directionally Drilled Landfall Installation of a directionally drilled shore approach gas pipeline 550m x 609mm dia at Portersville Bay. Part of an offshore gas gathering system in Mobile Bay Location: Nairn, Louisiana, USA Client: Shell Pipeline Co Directionally Drilled River Crossing Installation of a 1310m x 508mm steel gas pipeline under the Mississippi near Nairn south of New Orleans in Louisiana. Location: Dauphin Island, Alabama, USA Client: Chevron Pipeline Co. Directionally Drilled Landfall Design and installation of a 1067m x 323mm dia gas pipeline under Dauphin Island. Part of the Mobile Area Gathering System (MAGS) project. Drilled from a self elevating platform in 5 metres of water and pull-back from a laybarge anchored in 3 metres of water. Location: Grand Isle, Louisiana, USA Client: Exxon Directionally Drilled Landfall Installation of a 1080m x 323mm dia gas line shore approach at Grand Isle. Landfall drilled from the land and pipe pulled from a construction barge anchored offshore. Location: Dauphin Island, Alabama, USA Client: BP Directionally Drilled Bundle Landfall Design and installation of a 1190m x 3 No 323mm dia pipe bundle under Dauphin Island. Part of the Mobile Bay Block 821 Development project. Drilled from a self elevating platform in 4m of water and pull-back from a laybarge in 6m of water with additional jack-up platforms supporting the operations. Location: Mobile Bay, Alabama, USA Client: Exxon (s/c to McDermott) Directionally Drilled Landfall Design and installation of 2 No directionally drilled landfalls at Mon Luis forming part of the Mobile Bay oil field development. Pipelines drilled from land and pulled ashore from a construction barge anchored offshore in 8m of water. Landfall No.1 – 762m x 609mm dia oil line. Landfall No. 2 – 793mm bundle consisting of 1 No. 219mm + 2 No. 168mm + 1 No. 114 mm dia steel pipelines. Location: St John, New Brunswick, Canada Client: Canaport Ltd (s/c to Westminster Land & Marine Pipelines) Engineering Study, Tanker Terminal, Sealine and SPM Phase 1 - Investigation into the methods of repairing or replacing an existing sub-sea crude oil pipeline to an offshore loading facility. Phase 2 - Installation of a 800mm dia GRP liner pipe 1200m long inside a 914mm dia corroded steel tanker discharge pipeline from an SPM buoy. After installation, the annular space between the two lines was grouted prior to reinstatement commissioning the terminal. |
