Hydrographic Services
A key element of any marine operation is to have a professional hydrographic survey capability available at all times. Land & Marine has in-house surveyors and equipment to support both our land and marine operations. We also make these services available for clients, through consultancy or in practical terms - for example, by undertaking or reviewing bathymetric and side scan surveys for landfalls and outfalls.
Land & Marine is experienced in mapping and merging data sets surveyed in differing geodetic systems, remote tracking of sensors & vessels, both surface & sub-sea, ensuring all data can be viewed in real time.
We utilise our personnel and equipment to manage and control vessel positioning. Software is owned to cater for differing projects, from our in-house barge and tug management systems (TABS) to commercially available hydrographic survey packages (QINSy, HypackMax and GeoNav32).
